The marketplace
FirstMonkeys operates as a marketplace connecting users with independent providers of food delivery, groceries, services, and bookings. Providers on the platform are independent businesses — FirstMonkeys facilitates discovery, ordering and booking, and is not the seller of their goods or services.
Accounts
You need an account to order or book in the app. Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts require accurate information and may be suspended for misuse or fraud.
Orders, bookings & payment
Prices are set by providers and shown before you confirm. Where in-app payment is not offered, payment is settled directly at the venue or on delivery. Cancellation windows and no-show policies may apply per provider and are shown at booking time.
Loyalty & Plus
Monkeys Points and FirstMonkeys Plus benefits are promotional, have no cash value, and may change with notice in the app.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform: no fraudulent orders, abusive behaviour toward providers or couriers, scraping, or interference with the service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FirstMonkeys is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent providers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Qatar.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
